What data we process
Through the contact form on this website we process only what you enter yourself:
- your name
- your email address
- your telephone number, if you choose to give one (optional)
- the content of your message and the subject of your enquiry
Why we process it
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry and, if it goes that way, to agree terms of work.
The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use your data for marketing or profiling, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their marketing.
How long we keep it
If no working relationship follows, we delete form data no later than 12 months after our last contact.
If we do start working together, retention is governed by our agreement and by the statutory periods for keeping accounting and tax records.
Who we share it with
We do not pass personal data from this website to any third party, and not outside the European Union. The site and the form run on our own infrastructure, and the mailbox is with a Czech provider.
This website uses no third-party analytics or marketing tools.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:
- request access to your data and a copy of it
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- request erasure
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- data portability
